ZAK Steels bars are manufactured from the prime quality of 100% hot rolled Alloy Steel Billets which are procured locally and internationally of actual Grade-60 Standards with optimum level of carbon & manganese level as parent raw material, with lowest impurities & elongation greater than 14% without TMT, distinction of being the only mill having complete production confirming to Grade-40 and Grade-60 Deformed bars as per specification ASTM A615 which have much higher strength than the conventional Steel Bars. These Earthquake resistant deform bars are the backbone of modem construction.

Mr. Zaheer Ahmed Khan has established a fully automatic Re-Rolling Steel Mill in Rawat Islamabad, dealing after excellence in Pipes manufacturing business. By the year 2000, He has expended the business line from Shaheen Pipe manufacturing to Iron and Steel Manufacturing Plants.
Over the years the business experienced a Blistering growth, by the grace of Almighty Allah: today the company excels and shines with the name of ZAK Steels Re-Rolling Mills (Pvt.) Ltd under the umbrella of Shaheen Group of Industries along with the other high ranking and well-established sister concern companies with its allied business lines.

Our steel bars sustain long period of corrosion and rust free with having proven record in resisting loss of strength at high temperatures, making ideal choice in construction of mega projects.
With the fully automatic plant, our production capacity of over 150,000 m.t / annum enabling ready and fast delivery system direct from our steel mill.
Our Grade-40 and Grade-60 Steels bars are approved with PSQCA, certified with ISO 9001 and leading supplier of top mega structures including Bahria Town.
We are the largest producer of Grade-40 & Grade-60 Steel bars in Rawat, Islamabad using 100% Hot Rolled Billets as raw material.
Our Steel bars have elongation of more than 14% which makes ideal choice for earthquake prone areas and High Yield Strength Grade-60 resulting in lesser steel consumption, as high as 15-24%
We maintain the highest quality of international standards with its In-house latest computerized Servo Controlled Laboratory and German Spectrometer for 100% quality assurance of its produced steel bars.
